PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

Shipping Policy

Our Shipping Policy, Repair and Return Policies as appear below also are governed by our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which you should also review.

Continental United States Orders:

  • Most orders are processed and shipped normally within 24-48 hours Monday - Friday.

  • Most internet orders placed before 12pm Eastern Time Monday thru Friday will be processed and confirmed the same day.

  • Please note, orders placed after 12pm Eastern Standard Time Monday thru Friday, may not be processed and confirmed until the following business day.  

  • Orders placed after 12pm Friday generally will be processed and confirmed on the following Monday. 

  • Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not business days.  

  • We observe all federal holidays, as well as customary holidays.

  • Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and confirmed on Monday (most orders will also ship Monday).

  • Order acknowledgment, confirmation of product availability, and shipping tracking information will be provided to you via email after your order is processed.

  • Order acceptance occurs only when your order has been shipped. We will notify you by email when that has occurred.

  • International locations, custom orders, large, oversized, multi-boxed items may incur additional shipping charges, delays or alterations to the order before it is accepted and shipped. If we determine that your order will require any shipping and handling charges in addition to those displayed during the order process, we will notify you by email and ask you to approve the additional charges. We will not ship your order until you have approved the additional charges, which may delay shipping. If you are not satisfied with any additional charges, we will offer you the opportunity to change or cancel your order.

  • Orders are shipped standard via USPS. We do ship to P.O. Boxes.

  • We verify all credit cards before shipping. In some cases, this may delay the orders estimated processing and delivery dates.

  • Expected Delivery Dates: USPS Priority Mail (Standard): 3-7 business days after order processing not including weekends or holidays. Custom shipping options will be congruent with the standards for that carrier.

Standard shipping is via USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation. Insurance is optional, we will not be responsible for packages that are shipped to areas that we cannot apply delivery confirmation or tracking, so we reserve the right to cancel orders at our sole discretion in such instances.

This is rarely an issue, however; upon delivery please inspect your package completely. If you notice any excessive damage to the package that you feel may have damaged the contents of the box please refuse the package and notify us immediately. If asked to fill out a damage form please do so.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled prior to processing by the merchant account without penalty. All sales are final once an order has been processed by the merchant account gateway service and or has been shipped. We will accept returns of products that do not carry a 30 day money back guarantee for exchange or refund at our sole discretion on a per incident basis. Returns Repairs and Exchanges

  • Items must be new, unused, and in original package.

  • If returned in as received condition, If returned in used or damaged condition fees may be charged for damage to such items. Returns are contingent of a 10% restock fee, Renaissance may waive the restock fee at Renaissance's sole discretion.

  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

  • Items must include original receipt, invoice or packing slip.

  • Defective items are subject to our inspection before a refund or exchange is approved.

  • When applicable, defective items must be sent directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

  • Electronic Parts are non-returnable.

Contact us directly for technical support or repairs before returning items.

Return Authorization

All returns require a return authorization from us. Before you return an item to us please call or send us an email stating your reason for a return. We will email you provide instructions to complete an authorized return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refused Shipments

The guarantee does not apply to refused shipments that are not damaged. After an order has been processed and shipped, then the Buyer refuses to accept delivery from the delivery carrier, will be subject to a 20% restocking charge in addition to the shipping fee.

Shipping To International Locations

Our web store does not automatically allow shipping to many locations outside of the USA or Canada. This is because customization of power supplies and shipping complexities inhibit automation of sales to those locations.

If delivery confirmation and insurance is unavailable to your Country, or area, international customers must complete the required steps as outlined in the product description of the web store PRIOR to ordering, in the event of complications we will contact you regarding your options or notify you that your order has been declined and or refunded.

Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.

Limitations (International Locations)
For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate). You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.

When ordering from Renaisance, LLC, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Privacy (International Locations)
Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift," but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form.

Customs authorities require the value of the gift item to be stated directly on the package.

Additional shipping and handling charges apply to media items of unusual size or weight.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Locations)
You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Renaissance, LLC, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Returns & Replacements (International Locations)

The above terms also apply to the shipment of any replacement product that might be shipped if there is a problem with the original shipment. If you return a product to us, you will be the exporter from the destination country. Title and risk of loss transfer to us upon receipt at our fulfillment centers.
